摘要
采用对比试验,对樟子松人工林开沟整地后土壤酶活性变化进行了分析。结果表明:各样地的土壤酶活性具有很明显的垂直分布特征,即表层大于深层。开沟整地可有效提高各土层深度的土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶和磷酸酶活性。对蔗糖酶活性的提高仅限于0~20 cm土层,20~40 cm和40~60 cm土层蔗糖酶活性均低于对照样地。开沟整地可提供较好的土壤条件,是保障樟子松人工林改造成效的重要措施。
The soil enzyme activities of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica plantations after furrow for soil preparation were analyzed and studied through comparative experiment. The results showed that the soil enzyme activity had obvious vertical distribution characteristics,and the soil enzyme activity of the surface layer was larger than that of the deep layer. The activities of soil catalase,urease and phosphatase were effectively improved after furrow for soil preparation. The improvement of sucrase activity was limited to 0 ~ 20 cm soil layer,and the sucrase activity of 20 ~ 40 cm and 40 ~ 60 cm soil layers was lower than that of CK. Furrow for soil preparation can provide better soil conditions,which is an important measure to guarantee the effect of P. sylvestris var. mongolica plantation improvement.
