中国民航国际客运票价指数比较研究

Comparative Study on International Passenger Fare Indices of CAAC

民航票价指数不仅可以为旅客提供动态票价趋势相关信息,同时也能为航空公司的票价制定提供依据。本文考虑国内外航空公司的竞争差异,以企业利润和旅客利益为构建票价指数的目标,研究国内外航空公司各地区票价指数及国际综合票价指数。研究结果表明:对于欧洲地区的航线,我国航空公司的票价指数普遍低于国外航空公司;对于北美地区的航线,我国和国外航空公司的票价指数基本持平;对于亚洲地区的航线,我国航空公司的票价指数总体低于国外航空公司,且两者之间的差距不断缩小。这是民航业市场竞争的结果。因此,相关部门应该重视编制权威的票价指数工作;航空公司可以参考民航国际客运票价指数变动选择调整票价的时机;旅客可以根据民航国际票价指数序列预测票价走势,选择出行时机。

Civil aviation fare index can not only provide dynamic fare trend information for passengers, but also provide a basis for airlines to determine the fare. In this paper, considering the competition differences between domestic and foreign airlines, the regional fare indexes and the international comprehensive fare indexes of domestic and foreign airlines are studied by taking corporate profits and passengers’ interests as the objective to construct the fare indexes. The results show that the fare index of Chinese airlines is generally lower than that of foreign airlines for European routes. For routes in North America, the fare indexes of Chinese and foreign airlines are basically the same.For routes in Asian region, the fare index of Chinese airlines is generally lower than that of foreign airlines, and the gap between them is narrowing. This is the result of competition in the civil aviation market. Therefore, the relevant departments should pay attention to the compilation of authoritative fare index work;Airlines may choose the timing of fare adjustment in reference to changes in the international passenger fare index. Passengers can predict the fare trend and choose the time of travel according to the sequence of the CAAC international fare index.
