摘要
目的总结分析新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的临床资料、心肌酶、心肌损伤生化标记物以及心电图的特点。方法选取2020年1月23日至3月18日河南省人民医院收治的新型冠状病毒肺炎患者42例,收集患者的一般资料、实验室检查、胸部CT、心电图及转归情况进行分析。结果本组患者心肌酶未见异常者33例(78.6%),异常者9例(21.4%)。胸部CT累及单侧肺1例(2.4%),双侧肺17例(40.5%),未见明显异常24例(57.1%)。心电图未见异常24例(57.1%),异常18例(42.9%),其中ST-T异常6例(14.3%),T波异常1例(2.4%),房性早搏5例(11.9%),QTc延长4例(9.5%),肢体导联QRS低电压3例(7.1%),窦性心动过速2例(4.8%)。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎人群普遍易感,通过对心肌酶、心电图及胸部CT的分析,对疾病并发症的预防和治疗有指导性意义。
Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical data, Biochemical markers of myocardial injury,myocardial enzymes and electrocardiogram(ECG) of 42 patients with COVID-19 pneumonia admitted to the infection isolation ward of Henan People’s Hospital. Methods From January 23, 2020 to March 18, 2020, total 42 patients with pneumonia in the isolation ward of the COVID-19 were selected, the general data, incidence, laboratory examination,chest CT, ECG and prognosis were analyzed. Results The myocardial enzyme was normal in 33 cases(78.6%) and abnormal in 9 cases(21.4%). CT imaging showed 1 patient of unilateral lung(2.4%), 17 cases of bilateral lung(40.5%), 24 cases of no obvious abnormality(57.1%). The ECG was normal in 24 cases(57.1%), abnormal in 18 cases(42.9%), including 6 cases(14.3%) with ST-T abnormality, 1 case(2.4%) with T wave abnormality, 5 cases(11.9%)with atrial premature beat, 4 cases(9.5%) with QTC prolongation, 3 cases(7.1%) with limb lead low voltage, 2 cases(4.8%) with sinus tachycardia. Conclusions The myocardial enzymes, electrocardiogram and chest CT is helpful to the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 and its complications.
