摘要
设计了多种基于行星齿轮机构的双电机动力耦合结构方案,利用杠杆分析法得出多种动力耦合装置的定量关系,对比分析各方案的传动特性,选出两种较好的方案进行了动力匹配及参数计算。基于Simulation X搭建双电机动力耦合装置传动仿真模型,进行运动学仿真分析,优选出最终传动方案。仿真分析结果表明,提出的选型方法能有效减少耦合传动方案数量,选出的动力耦合传动方案转速及转矩性能优异,可满足电动拖拉机多工况作业需求。该项研究对行星轮系及汽车变速器开发具有重要的理论意义。
A variety of dual-motor dynamic coupling structure schemes based on planetary gear mechanism are designed,and the quantitative relations of various dynamic coupling devices are obtained by using lever analysis method.Then,the transmission characteristics of each scheme are compared and analyzed,and two better schemes are selected for power matching and parameter calculation.Based on Simulation X,the simulation model of the dual motor dynamic coupling device is built,the kinematics simulation analysis is carried out,and the final transmission scheme is optimized.The results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the number of coupling transmission schemes,and the selected dynamic coupling transmission scheme has excellent speed and torque performance,which can meet the operating requirements of electric tractor under multi-working conditions of electric tractors.This research has important theoretical significance to the development of planetary gear train and automobile transmission.
