正丁氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷生产工艺研究

摘要 以氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷和正丁胺为反应原料,使用正己烷作为溶剂,通过反应、过滤、精馏,最终得正丁氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷成品,此工艺的产品收率高、流程操作简单且符合绿色环保理念,适用于工业生产。反应过程采用了逐步升温的反应方式,大大缩短了反应时间。反应结束之后先蒸出大部分过量的正丁胺,然后加入正己烷使正丁胺盐酸盐析出、分散,常温下过滤,分离出正丁胺盐酸盐,得到含正丁氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷粗品的滤液,粗品通过精馏可回收溶剂正己烷和原料正丁胺,并且获得高纯度正丁氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷产品。 Taking chloropropyl trimethoxy silane and n-butylamine as raw materials,using n-hexane as solvent,through reaction,filtration and rectification,n-butyl aminopropyl trimethoxy silane was finally obtained.This process had merits of high yield,simple operation,and conforms to the concept of green environmental protection,which was suitable for industrial production.In the reaction process,the reaction mode of gradually warming up was adopted,which greatly shortened the reaction time.The most of the excess n-butyl amine was steamed out after reaction,then n-hexane was added to make n-butylamine hydrochloride salted out and dispersed,n-butylamine hydrochloride was separated after filtration at room temperature,the filtrate containing n-butyropyltrimethoxysilane was obtained.The crude product could be recovered by distillation,and the high purity n-butanopropyltrimethoxysilane product was obtained.
