简要介绍了干法排渣技术及其应用情况。根据碎煤加压气化炉的排渣工艺和灰渣特点,提出了碎煤加压气化装置干法排渣系统工艺流程,介绍了该系统的基本组成,分析了热渣输送与冷却、密封装置、冷渣输送与贮存系统技术方案设计中应关注的问题,并提出了初步解决方案。

The dry ash extraction technology and its application were briefly described.The dry ash extraction system process applied in crushed coal pressurized gasification plant was proposed according to the slag discharge process of crushed coal pressurized gasifier and the characteristics of the slag.The basic composition of this system was introduced,with analysis on several crucial issues in the design of the hot slag transfer and cooling,sealing device,and cold slag transfer and storage system.The preliminary solution was also put forward for reference.
