摘要
三聚氰胺是氮肥行业转型升级的重要下游产品,节能降耗是提高三聚氰胺生产装置竞争力的重要举措。简析了加压气相淬冷工艺生产三聚氰胺的理论能耗,重点分析了阳煤丰喜集团实际生产的能耗情况,得出生产1 t三聚氰胺理论能耗值为4.96×10^(6) kJ,实际能耗值为1.52×10^(7) kJ,分析认为反应器内发生的副反应是造成能耗偏差的主要原因,并提出了有效利用熔盐炉余热、综合利用副产蒸汽、选用合理的熔盐炉燃料等降耗增效举措。
Melamine is an important downstream product in the transformation and upgrading of the nitrogen fertilizer industry.Energy saving and consumption reduction is the important measure to improve the competitiveness of melamine production plant.The theoretical energy consumption of melamine production by the pressurized gas phase quenching process was briefly analyzed.It was concluded that the theoretical energy consumption of 1 t melamine production was 4.96×10^(6) kJ,and the actual energy consumption was 1.52×10^(7) kJ.According to the analysis,the side reaction in the reactor was the main cause of energy consumption deviation,and the measures to reduce consumption and increase efficiency were put forward,such as effective utilization of the waste heat of the molten salt furnace,comprehensive utilization of by-product steam,and selection of reasonable molten salt furnace fuel.
