煤浆槽搅拌器异常晃动分析处理与优化 被引量:2

摘要 针对水煤浆气化工艺煤浆制备单元中大煤浆槽搅拌器异常晃动的问题,从搅拌器的运行状态、设计选型、同类设备对比等方面进行了分析论证。结果发现,搅拌器机型与煤浆槽几何尺寸的不匹配,是导致大量煤浆沉积继而引发搅拌器异常晃动的根本原因。为了维持生产的连续性,采取了在煤浆槽底部通入压缩空气进行扰动的应急措施,同时提出了对搅拌器进行重新设计选型的优化升级方案。 In view of the abnormal sloshing of the agitator in the coal slurry preparation unit of the coal water slurry gasification process,the analysis and demonstration were made from the aspects of agitator operation state,design selection and similar equipment comparison.The results showed that the root cause of abnormal sloshing of the agitator was due to mismatching between the agitator model and the geometric size of coal slurry tank which led to deposition of large amount of coal slurry.To keep the continuous operation,the emergency measure was taken by introducing the compressed air into the bottom of coal slurry tank for disturbance,and the upgrading scheme of agitator was put forward for redesign and model selection.
