摘要
化工生产中凝结水回收系统运行的稳定与否直接影响整个水系统平衡。鉴于此,对煤化工企业凝结水回收过程中遇到的凝液回收系统背压过高、水击现象、不凝气聚集及伴热管理不到位等问题进行了原因分析,探讨了相应的解决措施,并重点分析了伴热系统运行稳定性问题。同时,针对某公司凝液回收系统的“跑冒滴漏”问题,从更换疏水站(蒸汽分配站)安装形式、增大管线管径、改变疏水器形式、优化伴热管线及梳理伴热系统图等方面进行了改进,实现了装置的长周期稳定运行。
In chemical production,the operation stability of the condensate recovery system directly affected the balance of the entire water system.Thus,the cause analysis was made on problems encountered in the condensate recovery process of coal chemical enterprises,such as high back pressure of the condensate recovery system,water hammer phenomenon,non-condensable gas accumulation,inappropriate heat tracing management,etc.,and the corresponding solutions were discussed,with key analysis on the stability of the heat tracing system.At the same time,aiming at the problem of“leakage and overflow”in the condensate recovery system of one company,the improvement was made from the aspects of replacing the heating plate installation form of the drainage station(steam distribution station),increasing the pipeline diameter,changing the steam trap form,optimizing the heat tracing pipeline and streamlining the heat tracing system diagram,so as to realize the long-term stable operation of the plant.
