摘要
为满足炼焦工艺与装备荒煤气放散必须装有荒煤气自动点火装置的要求,同时考虑到1#焦炉配套的脉冲点火式自动放散系统存在的点火器不能经久耐用、突发故障时放散管翻板不能及时打开等问题,决定对2#焦炉新增电热式焦炉放散点火系统。介绍了电热式焦炉放散点火系统的工作原理及系统设计。系统运行结果表明,新增的电热式焦炉放散点火系统经反复手动、自动操作,放散点火功能正常,减少了直接排入空气中的污染物数量,达到了预期目的。
In order to meet the requirements that the raw gas automatic ignition device must be installed for raw gas dispersion of the coking process,it was proposed to add an electric heating coke oven dispersion ignition system to No.2 coke oven considering the problems existing in the pulse ignition automatic dispersion system of No.1 coke oven,such as poor coking resistance of the igniter and the flap of the dispersion pipe unable to open timely in case of sudden failure.The working principle and design of the electric heating coke oven dispersion ignition system were introduced.The system operation results showed that the new electric heating dispersion ignition system had normal dispersion ignition function after repeated manual and automatic operation,and the amount of pollutants directly discharged into the air was reduced,achieving the expected purpose.
