河道底泥陶粒制备原料的塑性指数预测

摘要 河道底泥陶粒是一种节能环保材料。在陶粒生产过程中原料混合后具有一定的可塑性至关重要。利用XRD检测方法和塑性指数性能指标分析推断河道底泥陶粒各原料的物相组成与原料可塑性强弱的关系。选取加权平均法作为基础,建立一套原料混合体系塑性指数的预测模型。对各混合体系实测与预测值进行拟合分析并利用箱型图对所有测定值进行汇总。结果表明:随着混合体系中黏土质泥料含量的增加,模型预测结果越准确;模型的校正因子K_(p)值为0.85~0.92;各体系模型预测和实测误差范围均小于10%,因此该类模型可用于河道底泥陶粒原料混合体系塑性指数的预测。 River sediment ceramsite is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly material.During mixing process in ceramite production,it is essential that the raw material could retain a certain plasticity.In this paper,the XRD detection method and plasticity index analysis were used to investigate the relationship between the phase composition of the raw materials of the sedimentary ceramsite and the plasticity of the raw materials.Based on the weighted average method,a new prediction model for the raw material mixing system was established.We have summarized all measured values by the box plot by analyzing and fittingthe measured and predicted values of each mixed system.The results show that with the increase of clay mud content in the mixed system,the model prediction results becam more accurate;the correction factor K_(p) of the model is between 0.85 and 0.92;the prediction and measurement error ranges of each system model are less than 10%,thus,this model can be used to estimate the plasticity index of mixed system of sedimentary ceramsite's raw materials.
