Statistical Analysis of Local Legislations:From February to March 2021

2021年2月至3月期间,31个省级人大常委会共召开41次常委会会议,河北、黑龙江、山东、新疆等4个省级人大召开人民代表大会会议,共新制定地方性法规40件,修改95件,废止19件,批准地方性法规和单行条例169件。这一时期,地方各级人大贯彻落实中央精神和国家立法的要求,结合本地具体情况和实际需要,在经济发展、生态文明建设、民生和社会治理、公共卫生和人大自身建设等领域开展立法活动,为经济社会发展提供坚实的法治保障。

From February to March 2021,31 provincial people’s congress standing committees held 41 standing committee meetings,and 4 provincial people’s congresses,including those in Hebei,Heilongjiang,Shandong and Xinjiang,held people’s congress meetings.A total of 40 local regulations were newly formulated,95 were revised,19 were abolished and 169 were approved.During this period,implementing the central spirit and the requirements of national legislation and combining with local specific conditions and actual needs,local people’s congresses at all levels carried out legislative activities in the fields of economic development,ecological civilization construction,people’s livelihood and social governance,public health and people’s congresses’self-construction,which provided a solid legal guarantee for economic and social development.
