Quality Improvement Method of Fundamental Geographic National Conditions Monitoring Results

针对基础性地理国情监测成果质量控制,结合国情监测融入和服务自然资源高效管理中的新内容、新要求,结合历年地理国情质量控制实际工作经验,围绕数据源使用、数据更新采集和属性赋值,开展典型质量问题分析研究。提出了以问题为导向、过程质量控制、要素重要性分级检查、质检软件优化配置、以方法预研为方向的多途径质量控制方法,并通过在实际质量控制工作中的探索和应用,验证了各类方法的有效性、合理性,可有效促进监测成果质量提升,为后续相关质量控制工作提供一定参考。

In view of the quality control of fundamental geographical national conditions monitoring results,combined with the new content and new requirements of national conditions monitoring in the service of natural resource management,and combined with the actual work experience of geographical national conditions quality control over the years,the paper carries out analysis and research on typical quality problems around the use of data sources,data update and attribute assignment.It puts forward a multi-channel quality control method that is problem-oriented,process quality control,element importance classification inspection,quality inspection software optimization configuration,and method pre-research as the direction.Through the exploration and application in actual quality control work,the validity and rationality of various methods have been verified,which can effectively improve the quality of monitoring results and provide a certain reference for subsequent related quality control work.
