工业遗产旅游开发研究--以海宁中丝三厂为例

Research on the Development of Industrial Heritage Tourism:A Case Study of Haining Zhongsi No.3 Factory

随着城市化的快速发展,一些在工业化最为兴盛的时期所建设的一些老工厂的所在地,如今都已经成为了城市的中心地带,却在时代进步的潮流之下,相继退出了历史舞台。为了留存过去工业文明的记忆,推动城市有机更新以及满足游客对这一题材的旅游景点的需求,工业遗产旅游这一模式应运而生。本文通过对海宁中丝三厂历史风貌区现有的工业遗产旅游开发概况进行实地调研,分析了在海宁中丝三厂工业遗产旅游开发过程中所存在的问题,并提出了海宁中丝三厂工业遗产旅游的开发对策。

With the rapid development of urbanization,some of the old factories built in the early stages of industrialization in the city have now become the center of the city,but they have withdrawn from the historical stage one after the other under the tide of progress.In order to preserve the memory of the past industrial civilization,promote the organic renewal of the city,and meet the needs of tourists for tourist attractions in this theme,the industrial heritage tourism product development model emerged at the historic moment.This article investigates the existing industrial heritage tourism development in the historical and scenic area of Haining Zhongsi No.3 Factory.The empirical researches on the existing problems in the development of the industrial heritage tourism of the Haining Zhongsi No.3 Factory,and proposes the development strategy of the industrial heritage tourism of the Haining Zhongsi No.3 Factory.
