当前,我国水资源紧缺形势日渐严峻,将可持续发展理念应用到水利规划设计中已经是势在必行,这直接关系到我国经济的发展和人民生活的进步,对此,水利规划设计部门应当立足现状,利用现代化科技手段,对水系统进行全面的剖析,对生态成本进行合理的掌控,解决水利规划设计中可持续发展理念的应用难题,实现水利规划可持续发展的目标。

At present,the shortage of water resources in China is becoming increasingly serious.It is imperative to apply the concept of sustainable development to water conservancy planning and design,which is directly related to the development of China's economy and the progress of people's lives.In this regard,water conservancy planning and design departments should be based on the status quo,use modern scientific and technological means,conduct a comprehensive analysis of water systems,reasonably control ecological costs to solve the application problems of sustainable development concept in water conservancy planning and design,and achieve the goal of sustainable development of water conservancy planning.
