高职院校产教融合培养模式的有效性评价研究--以安徽省为例

摘要 随着安徽省经济的迅猛发展,企业对于技术性人才的需求逐渐增大,因此职业教育产教融合培养模式日益得到重视,多方主体投入要素资源推动技术性人才的培养并且得到显著成果。在此背景下,文章通过对2015-2018年安徽省44所高职院校产教融合的资源配置效率进行动静态测量,分析其有效性,发现安徽省高职院校产教融合培养模式存在校际差距大、技术退步等现象,并提出相关政策建议,实现技术性人才培养和资源有效利用的双赢。 with the rapid economic development of Anhui Province,the demand of enterprises for technical talents is gradually increasing,so vocational education production and education integration training mode has been paid more and more attention.In this context,this paper analyzes the effectiveness of the resource allocation efficiency of the industry education integration of 44 higher vocational colleges in Anhui Province from 2015 to 2018 by dynamic and static measurement,and finds that there is a big gap between colleges and technology regression in the industry education integration training mode of higher vocational colleges in Anhui Province,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions to achieve a win-win situation of technical personnel training and effective utilization of resources.
