浅析外包钢骨骼法的技术要点

目前,我国主要大城市的体育场基本建造于八九十年代,经过二三十年的运营,已经慢慢的不能满足高等级赛事的需求,故需进行拆除重造或翻新改造。但由于这些体育场往往是各个城市的标志性建筑,更多的情况会采取翻新改造,其主要难度集中在屋盖钢结构的加固,而外包钢骨骼法近些年被较多使用。本文首先基于具体项目进行分析探讨,发现施工中的重难点,最后总结出施工建议和监理要点,希望给同类项目的外包钢骨骼法施工提供一些建议和参考。

At present,the stadiums of major cities in China were basically built in the 1980s and 1990s.After two to three decades of operation,they have gradually been unable to meet the needs of high-level events.Therefore,they need to be demolished and rebuilt or refurbished.However,because these stadiums are often landmark buildings in various cities,they will be renovated in more cases.The main difficulty lies in the reinforcement of the roof steel structure,and the outer steel skeleton method has been used more in recent years.This paper first analyzes and discusses specific projects,finds the most difficult points in construction,and finally summarizes construction suggestions and supervision points,hoping to provide some suggestions and references for similar projects in the construction of outsourcing steel skeleton method.
