膏体充填料浆流变特性与采场流动关系研究

摘要 本文通过研究提出充填浆体中固相材料在液相重介质中竖直方向的沉降速度是影响浆体均质性的主要因素。增大液相重介质塑性黏度和屈服应力,有利于增加骨料所受拖曳力,进而减小骨料在液相重介质中的沉降速度。简化膏体在采场中的流动情况下,利用柯西应力方程,结合流动的边界条件,分析了膏体采场流动性能与膏体流变特性的关系,建立了膏体流动形成的坡度角与膏体流变特性的关系模型。与试验结果对比分析可知,模型结果误差小,能较好预测膏体流动坡度角。 In this paper,it is pointed out that the vertical settling velocity of solid materials in liquid dense medium is the main factor affecting slurry homogeneity.Increasing the plastic viscosity and yield stress of liquid-phase heavy medium is beneficial to increase the drag force on aggregate,and then reduce the settling velocity of aggregate in liquid-phase heavy medium.Under the condition of simplifying the flow of paste in stope,using Cauchy stress equation and combining with the boundary conditions of flow,the relationship between the fluidity of paste stope and the rheological properties of paste was analyzed,and the relationship model between the slope angle formed by paste flow and the rheological properties of paste was established.Compared with the test results,it can be seen that the model has small error and can better predict the paste flow gradient angle.
