摘要
本文以山海关站旅客天桥H型钢桁架多点顶推工程为实例,详尽的论述了顶推平台的搭设、顶推过程的设施布置、纠偏防下挠措施、导梁拆除、起落梁关键技术、辊轮顶推施工中的计算分析、实际顶推力与理论顶推力的对比等内容。多点顶推、一泵双镐等技术,成功的解决了中跨度钢桁架跨越14条既有线路施工带来的诸多技术问题,积累了丰富的既有线顶推钢桁架施工经验。
This article takes the H-shaped steel truss multi-point Jacking construction project of the passenger flyover at Shanhaiguan Station as an example,and elaborates on the erection of the jacking platform,the facility layout of the jacking process,the measures to correct the deviation and the deflection prevention,the removal of the guide beam,and the key technologies of the landing beam,the calculation and analysis in the construction of roller jacking,the comparison of actual jacking force and theoretical jacking force,etc.The technologies of multi-point jacking,one pump and two picks have successfully solved many technical problems caused by the construction of mid-span steel trusses across 14 existing lines,and accumulated rich experience in the construction of existing line push steel trusses.
