层次分析法在浆液扩散影响因素分析中的应用

摘要 为了指导浆液扩散试验研究,文章基于注浆工艺和浆液扩散规律,选取注浆压力、裂隙宽度及水灰比作为表征浆液扩散范围的主控因素,采用层次分析法建立了AHP判断矩阵,计算得到了注浆压力、裂隙宽度及水灰比在评价体系当中的权重分别为0.52、0.28和0.2。根据所占权重大小排序,从而确定对浆液扩散范围影响最大的因素是注浆压力,裂隙宽度次之,水灰比最小。计算结果通过了矩阵一致性检验,说明层次分析矩阵合理,结果可靠。 In order to guide the grouting diffusion experiment research,based on the grouting process and grouting diffusion regularity,this article selects the grouting pressure,crack width and water-cement ratio as main control factors of the diffusion diffusion,uses Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to establish the AHP judgment matrix,and calculates the weight of grouting pressure,crack width and water-cement ratio in the evaluation system,that is 0.52,0.28 and 0.2 respectively.According to the order of weight,it is determined that grouting pressure is the factor that has the greatest influence on the slurry diffusion range,crack width follows and the water-cement ratio is the smallest.The calculated results pass the matrix consistency test,which shows that the analytic hierarchy matrix is reasonable and the results are reliable.
