摘要
钢箱梁因其采用钢材承重,比现浇混凝土结构自重较轻,为工厂制作现场安装,工期较快,质量易于保证,且不用浇筑混凝土,噪声小,对环境影响较小的优势,广泛应用于大跨度桥梁及上跨既有通行道路的梁体施工。本文详细总结阐述了钢箱梁节段划分、施工的临时支架设计、支架验算、吊装步骤、焊接涂装等施工技术,对同类钢箱梁施工具体一定的借鉴意义。
Steel box girder is lighter than cast-in-situ concrete structure due to its use of steel for load-bearing.It is fabricated and installed on site for the factory.The construction period is faster,the quality is easy to guarantee,and there is no need to pour concrete.It is widely used in the beam construction of large-span bridges and existing roads on the upper span.This article summarizes and elaborates the construction technology of steel box girder section division,construction of temporary support design,support check calculation,hoisting steps,welding coating,etc.,which can be used as a reference for the construction of similar steel box girder.
