重载铁路无砟轨道施工技术

摘要 蒙华铁路长度1km及以上隧道原则上铺设无砟轨道,隧道内一般铺设弹性支承块式无砟轨道;隧道群地段无砟轨道考虑成段铺设时,隧道洞口、洞外桥上及短路基上铺设重载长枕埋入式无砟轨道。论文以蒙华重载铁路土建17标无砟轨道施工为例,详细介绍了重载铁路无砟轨道施工技术,包括隧道内、桥梁地段、路基地段无砟轨道施工工艺,并总结了无砟轨道施工技术特点。 In principle,the Menghua railway tunnel with a length of 1km and above is paved with ballastless track,and elastic supporting block type ballastless track is generally laid in the tunnel;when the ballastless track of the tunnel group is considered to be laid in sections,the tunnel entrance and the bridge outside the tunnel and the short roadbed is laid with heavy-duty long sleeper buried ballastless track.The thesis takes the construction of ballastless track for the civil engineering of Menghua Heavy-duty Railway as an example,introduces the construction technology of ballastless track for heavy-duty railway in detail,including the construction technology of ballastless track in tunnel,bridge section,and road base section,and summarizes the ballastless track construction technology characteristics.
