基于单片机的智能分类垃圾箱设计

摘要 设计一种具有语音识别分类与播报、垃圾满信息远程接收与遥控、可回收垃圾称重积分等功能的智能分类垃圾箱及其控制系统。该系统以STM32单片机为核心控制单元,外接LD3320语音识别模块、SYN6288语音播放模块、红外传感器模块、RC522RFID读写模块、HX711称重模块、伺服舵机、LCD液晶显示屏以及WIFI模块,通过软硬件系统联调实施全面控制。系统具有结构简单、性能稳定、低成本、智能化等优点,为智能垃圾分类的研究提供参考。 An intelligent sorting dustbin and its control system are designed,which has the functions of speech recognition classification and broadcasting,remote receiving and control of garbage full information,and weighing and integral of recyclable garbage.The system takes STM32 single chip microcomputer as the control core,external LD3320 speech recognition module,syn6288 speech playing module,infrared sensor module,RC522 RFID reading and writing module,HX711 weighing module,servo actuator,LCD and WIFI module,and implements comprehensive control through debugging of software and hardware system.The system has the advantages of simple structure,stable performance,low cost and intelligence,which provides a reference for the research of intelligent waste classification.
