摘要
煤矿作为我国的主要能源,其安全生产状况与作业人员的生命健康、国民的经济利益、环境安全等方面有着密不可分的联系。基于卓越绩效准则理论,构建了一种包含6个一级指标、16个二级指标和48个三级指标的煤矿安全风险指标体系,运用层次分析法对所选取指标的重要性进行分析,充分挖掘出对煤矿安全生产影响较大的指标,并提出了一些相应的建议和对策。
Coal mine is the main energy source in China,and its safety production are inextricably linked to the life and health of workers,national economic interests,and environmental safety.Based on the theory of excellent performance criteria,a coal mine safety risk indicator system including 6 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators,and 48 third-level indicators is constructed,and the importance of selected indicators is analyzed by analytic hierarchy process.The indicators that have a great impact on coal mine safety production are excavated,and some corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
