摘要
目的观察左卡尼汀注射液对心力衰竭患者运动耐力、炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月我院收治的210例心力衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各105例。对照组采用常规心力衰竭药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予左卡尼汀注射液治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、运动耐力指标、血清炎症因子水平及药物不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4个疗程后,两组患者的耗氧量峰值、最大功率、最长运动时间及6MWT距离均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4个疗程后,两组的hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的药物不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论左卡尼汀注射液治疗心力衰竭的效果显著,可有效提高患者运动耐力,改善血清炎症因子水平。
Objective To observe the effects of levocarnitine injection on exercise tolerance and inflammatory factors levels in patients with heart failure.Methods A total of 210 patients with heart failure admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected.According to the random digital table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 105 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional heart failure drugs,and the observation group was treated with levocarnitine injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,exercise tolerance indexes,serum inflammatory factors levels and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 courses of treatment,the peak oxygen consumption,maximum power,maximum exercise time and 6MWT distance in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After 4 courses of treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Levocarnitine injection in the treatment of heart failure has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the exercise tolerance and serum inflammatory factor levels of patients.
