乳腺钼靶X线在伴簇状钙化乳腺癌患者中的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of molybdenum target X-ray in breast cancer with cluster calcification

目的探讨乳腺钼靶X线在伴簇状钙化乳腺癌患者中的诊断价值。方法选取2017年2月15日至2020年3月20日我院收治的91例疑似伴簇状钙化乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,均行乳腺钼靶X线检查,并分析乳腺病变X线特征。以病理活检为金标准,分析乳腺钼靶X线的诊断价值(灵敏度、特异度、漏诊率、误诊率)及其在伴簇状钙化乳腺癌患者病变形态、象限区域、乳腺密度分级诊断中的准确率。结果91例疑似伴簇状钙化乳腺癌患者中,80例经病理活检确诊,均为恶性肿瘤,11例为良性乳腺疾病。乳腺钼靶X线诊断伴簇状钙化乳腺癌患者的灵敏度、特异度、漏诊率、误诊率分别为95.00%、90.91%、5.00%、9.09%。80例伴簇状钙化乳腺癌患者中,乳腺钼靶X线诊断病变形态、象限区域、乳腺密度分级的准确率分别为95.00%、95.00%、95.00%。结论乳腺钼靶X线在伴簇状钙化乳腺癌患者中的诊断价值较高,能够提高诊断准确率,为疾病诊断提供有效依据。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of molybdenum target X-ray in breast cancer with cluster calcification.Methods From February 15,2017 to March 20,2020,91 cases of suspected breast cancer patients with cluster calcification admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects,all of them underwent molybdenum target X-ray examination,and the molybdenum target X-ray characteristics of breast lesions were analyzed.The diagnostic value(sensitivity,specificity,missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate)of mammography and its accuracy in the diagnosis of lesion morphology,quadrant area and breast density grading of breast cancer patients with cluster calcification were analyzed with pathological biopsy as the gold standard.Results Among 91 cases of suspected breast cancer patients with cluster calcification,80 cases were diagnosed as malignant tumor by pathological biopsy,and 11 cases were benign breast disease.The sensitivity,specificity,missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of molybdenum target X-ray in the diagnosis of breast cancer patients with cluster calcification were 95.00%,90.91%,5.00%and 9.09%respectively.In 80 cases of breast cancer patients with cluster calcification,the accuracy of molybdenum target X-ray in the diagnosis of lesion morphology,quadrant area and breast density grading were 95.00%,95.00%and 95.00%respectively.Conclusion Molybdenum target X-ray has high diagnostic value in breast cancer patients with cluster calcification,which can improve the diagnostic accuracy and provide effective basis for disease diagnosis.
