多层螺旋CT血管成像技术在主动脉夹层动脉瘤诊断中的价值

Value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of aortic dissecting aneurysm

目的探索多层螺旋CT血管成像技术在主动脉夹层动脉瘤诊断中的价值。方法选取50例疑似主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者作为研究对象,均进行多层螺旋CT血管成像、数字血管造影检查。结果多层螺旋CT血管成像技术诊断主动脉夹层动脉瘤的灵敏度、特异度、漏诊率、误诊率分别为92.68%、88.89%、7.32%、11.11%。多层螺旋CT血管成像技术与数字血管造影在判断管壁钙化率、腔内血栓率、破口数量方面无显著差异(P>0.05)。多层螺旋CT血管成像技术诊断主动脉夹层动脉瘤分型、病变累及区域的准确率均为92.68%。结论应用多层螺旋CT血管成像技术评估主动脉夹层动脉瘤能更好反映病变累及区域及病情发展程度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of aortic dissecting aneurysm.Methods Fifty patients with suspected aortic dissecting aneurysm were selected as the research objects,and all of them were examined by multi-slice spiral CT angiography and digital angiography.Results The sensitivity,specificity,missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of aortic dissecting aneurysm were 92.68%,88.89%,7.32%and 11.11%respectively.There were no significant differences in judging the wall calcification rate,intraluminal thrombosis rate and the number of breaks between multi-slice spiral CT angiography and digital angiography(P>0.05).The accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of aortic dissecting aneurysms classification and lesion involved area were 92.68%.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT angiography applied in the evaluation of aortic dissecting aneurysm can better reflect the lesion involved area and the degree of disease development,which is worthy of promotion.
