养胃运脾贴联合痛泻要方加味治疗胆源性腹泻的临床效果

Clinical effect of Yangwei Yunpi paste combined with modified Tongxie Yaofangin the treatment of post-cholecystectomy diarrhoea

目的观察养胃运脾贴联合痛泻要方加味治疗胆源性腹泻的临床效果。方法将2018年3月至2019年12月陕西省中医医院脾胃一科门诊及住院部收治的58例胆源性腹泻患者经随机数字表法分为治疗组及对照组,各29例。治疗组给予外用我科自产制剂养胃运脾贴贴敷及痛泻要方加味口服治疗,对照组给予口服复方嗜酸乳杆菌片治疗。比较两组治疗前、后的各症状积分、总积分及治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组各症状积分及总积分均降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的治疗总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组的79.31%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养胃运脾贴联合痛泻要方加味治疗胆源性腹泻的临床疗效佳,可改善临床症状,值得推广及进一步深入研究。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yangwei Yunpi paste combined with modified Tongxie Yaofang in the treatment of post-cholecystectomy diarrhoea.Methods Fifty-eight patients with post-cholecystectomy diarrhoea admitted in the outpatient of No.1 spleen and stomach department and inpatient department of Shaanxi traditional chinese medicine hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 29 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Yangwei Yunpi paste,a self-produced preparation from our department,and oral modified Tongxie Yaofang,and the control group was treated with oral compound Lactobacillus acidophilus tablets.The symptom scores,total score before and after treatment and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the symptom scores and total score of the two groups decreased,and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the treatment group was 96.55%,which was higher than 79.31%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangwei Yunpi paste combined with modified Tongxie Yaofang in the treatment of post-cholecystectomy diarrhoea has a good clinical efficacy,it can improve the clinical symptoms,and which is worthy of promotion and further study.
