脑心通胶囊联合卡维地洛治疗原发性高血压的临床效果

Clinical effect of Naoxintong capsule combined with carvedilol in the treatment of essential hypertension

目的探讨脑心通胶囊联合卡维地洛治疗原发性高血压的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年2月我院收治的56例原发性高血压患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(28例)与观察组(28例)。对照组给予卡维地洛治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予脑心通胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗前、后的血压、血管内皮功能、炎症因子及生活质量。结果治疗后,两组的SBP、DBP、ET-1、TNF-a、IL-6及CRP水平均较治疗前明显降低,NO水平及杜氏生活质量量表评分均较治疗前明显升高,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑心通胶囊联合卡维地洛治疗原发性高血压效果显著,可显著改善患者的血压水平,减少机体的炎症反应,提高患者的血管内皮功能及生活质量,值得推广和应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Naoxintong capsule combined with carvedilol in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods A total of 56 patients with essential hypertension admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were seleted as the study objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group(28 cases)and observation group(28 cases).The control group was treated with carvedilol,and the observation group was treated with Naoxintong capsule on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure,vascular endothelial function,inflammatory factors and quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,SBP,DBP,ET-1,TNF-a,IL-6 and CRP levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,the NO level and Du's quality of life scale score were significantly higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Naoxintong capsule combined with carvedilol has a significant effect in the treatment of essential hypertension,which can significantly improve the blood pressure of patients,reduce the inflammatory reaction of the body,and improve the vascular endothelial function and quality of life of patients.It is worth popularizing and applying.
