针灸及中药辨证施治联合手术治疗脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤的临床效果

Clinical effect of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on syndrome differentiation combined with surgery on spinal fracture with spinal cord injury

目的探究针灸及中药辨证施治联合手术治疗脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年1月至2020年3月收治的100例脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为常规组(50例,手术治疗)和研究组(50例,手术治疗+针灸+中药)。比较两组的治疗效果、脊髓功能、括约肌功能、感觉和运动评分、治疗时间及脊柱功能恢复时间。结果研究组的治疗总有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后1、3个月,研究组的Frankel、括约肌功能评分明显低于常规组,感觉和运动评分明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗时间、脊柱功能恢复时间明显短于常规组(P<0.05)。结论针灸及中药辨证施治联合手术治疗脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤的临床效果显著,可改善患者的脊髓功能和括约肌功能,改善感觉和运动能力,促进患者康复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on syndrome differentiation combined with surgery on spinal fracture with spinal cord injury.Methods A total of 100 patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into conventional group(50 cases,surgical treatment)and research group(50 cases,surgical treatment+acupuncture+traditionain Chinese medicine).The treatment effect,spinal cord function,sphincter function,sensory and motor scores,treatment time and spinal function recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).At 1 and 3 months after treatment,the Frankel and sphincter function scores of the research group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group,and the sensory and motor scores of the research group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The treatment time and spinal function recovery time of the research group were significantly shorter than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on syndrome differentiation combined with surgery on spinal fracture with spinal cord injury has significant clinical effect,which can improve the spinal cord function and sphincter function,improve the sensory and motor ability,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
