热哮消汤联合布地奈德、特布他林雾化治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的临床效果

Clinical effect of Rexiaoxiao decoction combined with budesonide and terbutalineatomization in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma

目的探讨热哮消汤联合布地奈德、特布他林雾化治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的临床效果。方法选择我院2018年1月至2019年11月收治的110例支气管哮喘急性发作患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组与研究组,每组55例。对照组给予布地奈德、特布他林雾化治疗,研究组给予热哮消汤联合布地奈德、特布他林雾化治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、肺功能指标、症状缓解时间以及中医证候评分。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为96.36%,明显高于对照组的85.45%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的VC、FEV1、FVC以及FEV1/FVC均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的咳嗽、胸闷、喘息及肺部哮鸣音缓解时间均明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的喘息、咳嗽、胸闷、气急、哮鸣评分及总分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热哮消汤联合布地奈德、特布他林治疗支气管哮喘急性发作患者,可以明显改善患者的临床症状,提升治疗有效率,改善其肺功能,缩短症状缓解时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Rexiaoxiao decoction combined with budesonide and terbutaline atomization in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 110 patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and research group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given budesonide and terbutaline atomization treatment,and the research group was given Rexiaoxiao decoction combined with budesonide and terbutaline atomization treatment.The clinical efficacy,lung function indexes,symptom remission time and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 96.36%,which was significantly higher than 85.45%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VC,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the remission time of cough,chest tightness,wheezing and lung wheezing in the research group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of wheezing,cough,chest tightness,shortness of breath,wheezing and total score in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rexiaoxiao decoction combined with budesonide and terbutaline in the treatment of patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,treatment efficiency and lung function,and shorten the remission time of symptoms,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
