摘要
劳动教育是我国全面发展教育目的的重要构成部分,马克思主义关于教育与生产劳动相结合理论是理解和认识劳动教育的基石,高等教育的专业性属性要求大学生劳动教育具有职业性特点。在劳动分工的现实背景下,职业劳动成为大学生劳动教育路径选择。据此提出劳教结合是大学生劳动教育的理论基础、劳动分工是大学生劳动教育的现实依据、职业素养是大学生劳动教育的价值追求、劳动就业是大学生劳动教育的实现途径。
Labor education is an important part to promote human's free and comprehensive development in China,which is the cornerstone of understanding labor education.Due to the attributes of higher education,the labor education of college students has professional characteristics.Under the background of labor division,occupational labor has become the selection of college Students'labor education.This paper proposed that productive labor and the division of labor are the theoretical basis of labor education.Professional quality is the value pursuit of college students'labor education while the employment is the realizing way of college students'labor education.
