The emergence of digital economyhas brokenthe traditional price-centered competition mode in the market.Through the tight encirclement with the three-dimensional competition structure of platform,data and algorithm,they occupied the market with the advantages of reducing transaction costs,optimizing resource allocation and promoting industrial upgrading.However,there is no way to regulate thefast and efficient digital economy.The monopoly problems involved in the digital economy should be discussed from the three pillar elements of the digital economy,and all kinds of"ambiguous"behaviors should be classified and determined one by one,so as to clarify the outstanding problems existing in the current digital economy anti-monopoly.Facing the current challenges,we needto expand the scope and strength of supervision,implement dynamic monitoring,improve the anti-monopoly related system,and at the same time strengthen the in-depth cooperation at home and abroad to provide a pure land for the healthy development of digital economy.
