一种防油溅锅盖结构设计与研究

摘要 针对烹饪过程中油滴四溅引起人身安全事故、厨房卫生恶劣的问题,设计了一种防油溅锅盖结构。首先,分析了防油溅锅盖结构组成、工作原理及自由度;然后,采用Soildworks、Adams软件对其进行建模、仿真。结果表明防油溅锅盖结构设计满足烹饪使用要求,可以帮助使用者解决油滴溅落问题,由于无需电动装置与执行器即可实现自主开闭,故成本较低,安全可靠,为厨具及其开闭装置结构设计提供了一定的参考价值。 Aiming at the problems of personal safety accidents caused by oil splashing in the cooking process and poor sanitation in the kitchen,an oil splash-proof pot cover structure was designed.First,the structure,working principle and degree of freedom of the oil splash-proof pot cover are analyzed.then,it is modeled and simulated by Soildworks and Adams software.The results show that the structure design of the oil splash-proof pot cover meets the requirements of cooking and can help users solve the problem of oil splashing.Since the automatic opening and closing can be realized without electric devices and actuators,the cost is low,safe and reliable,and it is suitable for kitchenware.The structural design of the opening and closing device provides a certain reference value.
