新时代竞技体育后备人才培养的体制创新

System Innovation of Training Reserve Talents of Competitive Sports

党的十九大明确指出中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,在新时代的社会背景下,建设体育强国成为了我国体育事业的工作重点.竞技体育作为体育的重要组成部分,也被赋予了新的要求、新的发展方向和新的目标.数量充足且高质量的竞技体育人才是竞技体育可持续性发展的重要保证,因此在竞技体育后备人才培养工作中必须要进行体制创新,使其更加适应新时代竞技体育发展的需要.研究认为,在新时代竞技体育后备人才培养过程中要坚持举国体制,同时也要实现人才培养多元化;要进一步加强体教结合,全面提高体育人才的综合素质;要合理引入社会资源,创新体育人才的流通途径;要逐步建立起教练员的资格认证制度,加强教练员的队伍建设.

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly points out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Under the social background of the new era,building a sports power has become the focus of China’s sports industry.As an important part of sports,competitive sports have been given new requirements,new development directions and new goals.Sufficient and high quality competitive sports talents are an important guarantee for the sustainable development of competitive sports.Therefore system innovation must be carried out in the training of competitive sports reserve talents to make it more suitable for the needs of the development of competitive sports in the new era.The study indicates that in the process of training reserve talents for competitive sports in the new era,the nationwide system must be adhered to,and at the same time,talent training must be diversified;it is necessary to further strengthen the combination of sports and education,and comprehensive quality of sports talents;it is necessary to rationally introduce social resources and innovate the circulation channels of sports talents;it is necessary to gradually establish a qualification certification system for coaches and strengthen the team building of coaches.
