艾拉光动力疗法、卡介菌多糖核酸注射液联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗尖锐湿疣的前瞻性随机对照研究

Prospective Randomized Controlled Study of ALA-PDT, Bacillus Calmette-Guerin Polysaccharide Nucleic Acid Injection Combined with Thymosin Enteric-Coated Tablets in the Treatment of Condyloma Acuminatum

目的:探讨艾拉光动力治疗、卡介菌多糖核酸注射液联合胸腺肽肠溶片治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年7月至2020年7月于珠海市人民医院接受治疗的尖锐湿疣患者174例,根据数字分配法随机分为胸腺肽治疗组、联合治疗组,每组87例。胸腺肽治疗组患者采用胸腺肽肠溶片进行治疗,联合治疗组患者采用艾拉光动力治疗、卡介菌多糖核酸注射液联合胸腺肽肠溶片进行治疗。检测两组患者肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、淋巴细胞趋化因子(LTN)、P物质(SP)、T淋巴细胞亚群水平以及转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平,观察并统计两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,与胸腺肽治疗组相比,联合治疗组患者血清LTN水平明显升高,SP水平明显降低;血清CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平明显升高,CD8^(+)水平明显降低;血清TGF-β1水平明显升高,TNF-α水平明显降低,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者的总有效率为96.15%(75/78),与胸腺肽治疗组的87.18%(68/78)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胸腺肽治疗组、联合治疗组患者的不良反应发生率分别为7.69%(6/78)、12.82%(10/78),两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用艾拉光动力治疗、卡介菌多糖核酸注射液联合胸腺肽肠溶片对尖锐湿疣患者进行治疗,可有效提高患者机体免疫能力,改善机体免疫系统,治疗效果显著。

OBJECTIVE:To explore the clinical efficacy of ALA-PDT,Bacillus Calmette-Guerin(BCG)polysaccharide nucleic acid injection combined with Thymosin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum.METHODS:Totally 174 patients with condyloma acuminatum admitted into Zhuhai People’s Hospital from Jul.2017 to Jul.2020 were extracted to be divided into the thymosin treatment group and the drug combination group via the random number table,with 87 cases in each group.The thymosin treatment group was treated with Thymosin enteric-coated tablets,while the drug combination group was given ALA-PDT,BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection combined with Thymosin enteric-coated tablets.Levels of tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),lymphotactin(LTN),substance P(SP),T lymphocyte subsets and transforming growth factorβ1(TGF-β1)in both groups were detected.The treatment effect and incidence of adverse drug reactions were observed and statistically analyzed.RESULTS:After treatment,compared with the thymosin treatment group,the level of LTN of the drug combination group increase significantly,the level of SP decreased significantly,the levels of CD3^(+) and CD4^(+)increased significantly,the levels of CD8^(+)decreased significantly,the level of TGF-β1 increased significantly and the level of TNF-αdecreased significantly,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the drug combination group was 96.15%(75/78),compared with 87.18%(68/78)of the thymopeptide treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the thymosin treatment group and the drug combination group group was respectively 7.69%(6/78)and 12.82%(10/78),with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of ALA-PDT,BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection combined with Thymosin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum is significant,which can effectively promote the immunity of patients and improve the immune system.
