摘要 皮肤缺损创面的治疗一直是临床工作中的难点,而修复后瘢痕增生等并发症也同样困扰着临床医师。脱细胞人工真皮基质(ADM)具有改善创面血运、缓解增生性瘢痕的作用,常用于烧、创伤的修复重建,可提高患者术后生活质量。ADM在慢性创面、手足外科及瘢痕修复等治疗中均具有重要作用,同时ADM还可用于乳腺癌术后乳房再造、眼眶重建及膈肌修复等手术,以改善患者面部外观、乳房形态。因此,ADM逐渐获得学界认可并广泛用于各种复杂创面的修复治疗。另外,ADM血管化、抗瘢痕等机制的研究以及未来各临床学科的转化也同样具有广阔的前景。 The treatment of skin defect remains a challenge in clinics,and the complications such as hypertrophic scar after reconstruction also baffles the clinicians.Acellular dermal matrix(ADM),posing the function of improving the blood supply and relieving the scars of the wound,has been widely used in the reconstruction of burn and trauma to improve the quality of life of the patients.ADM plays an important role in chronic wound and reconstruction of foot and hand.What's more,ADM could also be used in breast,orbital and diaphragmatic reconstruction to improve the appearance of the patients.Therefore,ADM is gradually recognized by more doctors,and widely used in various complex wound reconstructions.The vascularization,anti-scar mechanisms as well as the future translation in clinics of ADM also have broad prospects.
