摘要
N^(6)-甲基腺苷(m^(6)A)RNA甲基化修饰在RNA转录后调控中发挥了关键作用,影响包括肿瘤在内的多种人类疾病。m^(6)A RNA甲基化修饰主要通过甲基转移酶复合物、去甲基化酶以及甲基化识别蛋白发挥调控作用。在泌尿系统肿瘤中,m^(6)A RNA甲基化修饰相关分子存在许多异常表达,改变了靶基因转录后的甲基化水平和稳定性,进而调控相关代谢通路,影响肿瘤的发生发展。因此,深入研究m^(6)A RNA甲基化修饰在泌尿系统肿瘤中的作用有助于开发新的肿瘤治疗方法,实现个体化治疗。
N^(6)-methyl-adenosine(m^(6)A)RNA methylation plays a key role in post-transcriptional regulation of RNA,affecting a variety of human diseases,including tumors.m^(6)A RNA methylation plays its regulation role mainly by methyltransferase complex,demethylase and methylation recognition proteins.In urinary system tumors,there are many abnormal expressions of molecules related to m^(6)A RNA methylation modification,which changes the methylation level and stability of target genes after transcription,and then regulates related metabolic pathways,affecting the occurrence and development of tumors.Therefore,an in-depth study of the role of m^(6)A RNA methylation modification in urinary tumors is conducive to the development of new tumor therapies and the realization of individualized treatment..
