摘要
晋华宫矿12号层301扩区回风巷在泥质胶结软岩中掘进,巷道存在围岩变形量大、支护结构容易失效问题。为了确保巷道掘进及使用安全,提出采用锚注技术对围岩进行控制,并进行现场应用。结果表明:①301扩区回风巷围岩变形主要原因是围岩为泥质胶结的砂质泥岩、砂岩,本身强度及承载能力低,容易风化及崩解,从而导致支护结构中锚杆、锚索等失效;②提出采用中空注浆锚杆、中空注浆锚索对围岩进行注浆加固,通过提升围岩与支护结构耦合效果,降低巷道围岩变形量;③在泥质胶结围岩中采用亲泥性泥岩注浆材料不仅可降低注浆成本而且可起到较好的围岩控制效果。现场应用后,巷道顶底板及巷帮变形量分别控制在19、16 mm以内,取得显著应用效果。
Jinhuagong Mine’s 12th floor 301 extension zone is driven in muddy cemented soft rock.The roadway has the problems of large deformation of the surrounding rock and easy failure of the supporting structure.In order to ensure the safety of roadway excavation and use,it is proposed to use bolt-grouting technology to control the surrounding rock and carry out on-site application.The results show that:①The main reason for the deformation of the surrounding rock of the return air tunnel in the 301 expansion zone is that the surrounding rock is argillaceous cemented sandy mudstone and sandstone,which has low strength and bearing capacity,and is easy to weather and disintegrate,resulting in anchorage in the supporting structure.Failure of rods,anchor cables,etc.;②It is proposed to use hollow grouting anchor rods and hollow grouting anchor cables to grouting and strengthening the surrounding rock.By improving the coupling effect of the surrounding rock and the supporting structure,the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is reduced;③The use of mud-philic mudstone grouting materials in argillaceous cemented surrounding rocks can not only reduce the cost of grouting,but also achieve better surrounding rock control effects.After the field application,the deformation of the roof and floor of the roadway and the roadway slab were controlled within 19mm and 16mm respectively,which achieved significant application effects.
