摘要
为探究孤岛工作面条件下厚硬顶板大断面条件下巷道控制措施,以潞宁煤业22116工作面为工程背景,分析了运输巷厚硬顶板巷道破坏控制思路,采取了水力压裂切顶卸压和全锚网支护技术控制巷道稳定性,工程应用实践表明22116运输巷煤体应力水平变化较小,锚杆索受力状态稳定,巷道围岩变形较未采取措施时降低了52%,整体维护状况良好,能够满足孤岛工作面安全生产要求。
In order to explore the roadway control measures under the condition of thick hard roof and large cross-section under the condition of isolated island working face,taking 22116 working face of Luning Coal Industry as the engineering background,this paper analyzes the damage control idea of thick and hard roof roadway in transportation roadway,adopts hydraulic fracturing roof cutting and pressure relief and full bolt mesh support technology to control the roadway stability.The engineering application practice shows that the change of coal body stress level in 22116 transportation roadway is small,and the bolt cable is used The stress state is stable,the surrounding rock deformation of roadway is reduced by 52%compared with that without taking measures,and the overall maintenance condition is good,which can meet the safety production requirements of island working face.
