摘要
针对经坊煤矿3-807工作面回风顺槽,采用数值模拟及工程经验手段对大断面煤巷快速掘进技术进行了研究,通过不同巷道断面时的应力分布及围岩变形,选定采用拱形巷道掘进巷道,并提出了滞后迎头分级弱化支护技术,并比选确定了支护方案;最后对配套设备及施工工艺进行了优化研究。
In view of the return air gateway of 3-807 working face in Jingfang coal mine,the rapid excavation technology of large section coal roadway is studied by means of numerical simulation and engineering experience.Through the stress distribution and surrounding rock deformation of different roadway sections,arch roadway is selected for roadway excavation,and the lagging head-on hierarchical weakening support technology is proposed,and the support scheme is determined by comparison;finally,the supporting equipment and surrounding rock deformation of different roadway sections are selected The construction technology is optimized.
