摘要
为优化阳煤集团平舒公司81204工作面回采期间的作业环境,降低工作面回采期间的粉尘含量,通过在工作面进行粉尘浓度测试,得出回采期间采煤机滚筒区域的粉尘浓度较高,在距离煤壁1m的位置处粉尘浓度较大,基于测试得出的粉尘浓度测试结果,结合工作面的特征,对工作面喷雾降尘方案进行具体设计,并在方案实施前后分别进行粉尘浓度测试,以验证喷雾降尘技术的实施效果。结果表明:工作面采用喷雾降尘系统后,全尘和呼吸尘的降尘率分别在65%~78%和68%~72%的范围内,回采期间全尘和呼尘的的最大浓度分别为110 mg/m^(3)和17 mg/m^(3),降尘效果显著。
In order to optimize the working environment during the mining at the 81204 working face and reduce the dust content during the working face,the dust concentration test on the working face shows that the dust concentration in the shearer drum area is relatively high during the working face.The dust concentration at the location is relatively large.Based on the dust concentration test results obtained from the test,combined with the characteristics of the working face,the working face spray dust reduction plan is specifically designed,and the dust concentration test is carried out before and after the implementation of the plan to verify the spray dust reduction technology Implementation Effect.The results show that after the spray dust suppression system is adopted on the working face,the dust reduction rate of total dust and breathing dust are in the range of 65%~78%and 68%~72%respectively,and the maximum concentration of total dust and breathing dust during the recovery period are 110mg/m^(3)respectively.And 17mg/m^(3),the dust reduction effect is remarkable.
