摘要
煤炭企业使用的带式输送机、压滤机等大型机电设备长时间处于空载状态,为降低电能消耗,将以硅控整流器元件(SCR)为基础研发的外挂式节能装置应用到电动机控制中,并详细对外挂式节能装置节能技术原理以及节能效果进行分析。现场应用后,带式输送机、压滤机等大型机电设备电能消耗平均降低幅度达到23.16%,节能效果显著。
coal enterprises use belt conveyor,filter press and other large electromechanical equipment in a long time at no load state,in order to reduce power consumption,the external energy-saving device based on SCR(silicon controlled rectifier)is applied to the motor control,and the energy-saving technical principle and energy-saving effect of the external energy-saving device are analyzed in detail.After field application,the power consumption of belt conveyor,filter press and other large-scale mechanical and electrical equipment is reduced by 23.16%on average,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
