复杂条件下边角煤工作面缓推期间自然发火的治理

摘要 文章对复杂条件下边角煤工作面自然发火过程进行了说明,对自然隐患进行了分析,对漏风通道进行了排查研究,并根据自然隐患特点采取了强化隅角隔离、端头注胶、老巷注浆、闭墙加固、均压、压注氮气、注液态二氧化碳、开展气体分析进行预测预报等综合防灭火措施,快速有效的消除了自然隐患,保证了边角煤工作缓慢推进期间杜绝自然发火隐患,对类似矿井矿井煤层自燃防治具有较好的借鉴意义。 In this paper,the spontaneous combustion process of coal face under complicated conditions is explained,The natural hidden danger was analyzed,The investigation of the air leakage passage is carried out,According to the characteristics of natural hidden trouble,the comprehensive fire prevention measures such as strengthening corner isolation,end-head grouting,old roadway grouting,Wall Reinforcement,pressure equalization,nitrogen injection,liquid carbon dioxide injection,gas analysis and prediction are adopted,It can eliminate the natural hidden trouble quickly and effectively,ensure the work of edge and corner coal to advance slowly and put an end to the spontaneous combustion.
