宽幅热轧带钢板形的有效表征方法 被引量:5

摘要 针对传统热轧平直度定义不足的问题,结合河钢唐钢1580 mm热轧板形研究,开发了一种更为全面的热轧带钢波浪形的板形表征方法。其利用正交多项式将带钢平直度值分解为一阶到四阶板形分量,其中一阶和二阶板形分量与传统板形定义中的非对称平直度和对称平直度对应,而三阶和四阶板形分量则表达了比传统板形定义更高阶的板形缺陷。该方法可以为热轧复杂板形的控制提供参考。 Aiming at the problem of insufficient definition of flatness in traditional hot rolling,a more comprehensive method to characterize the wave shape of hot rolling strip steel was put forward by combining with the research work of 1580 mm hot rolling mill of HBIS Tangsteel.According to the new method the measured values of strip flatness were decomposed into four flatness components with order of first to fourth by using orthogonal polynomials.Compared with the traditional method,the first order flatness component and the second one were similar to the asymmetric flatness and symmetric flatness in the traditional definition respectively,while the third one and fourth one showed the flatness defects of higher orders which were not in the traditional definition.So the new method could be used to control the complex shape of hot rolling.
