摘要 针对河钢唐钢3200 m^(3)高炉炉役后期因大量配吃落地烧结矿导致炉缸侵蚀加剧,炉高炉经济指标下降的现象,从原燃料质量、护炉措施等方面进行了深入分析。通过缩小落地烧结矿仓振筛尺寸、调整焦炭种类配比、制定炉缸安全监控制度以及优化下部制度、热制度及造渣制度等一系列措施,高炉炉况整体稳定顺行,经济指标提升。 The hearth erosion is intensified and the economic index of the 3200 m^(3)blast furnace in HBIS Tangsteel is decreased due to a large amount of floor sinter during the later campaign.The quality of raw materials and fuel and furnace protection measures are deeply analyzed.Through a series of measures,such as reducing the size of vibrating screen in the floor sinter bin,adjusting the proportion of coke types,formulating the hearth safety monitoring system,and optimizing the bottom system,thermal system and slagging system,the overall BF condition is stable,and the economic index is improved.
