摘要
介绍了普阳钢铁公司利用Nb的微合金化及柔性轧制工艺生产新一代低合金高强钢板Q355B的过程。经检测,成品钢板组织为P+F典型组织,柔性轧制后能满足B、C、D、E级钢板的要求;钢板的碳当量CEV在0.30%以内,焊接性能良好;成分和工艺适应性较强,可满足大生产的要求;同时,新工艺降低了低合金高强钢的生产成本。
The production process of new generation low alloy high strength steel plate Q355B by Nb microalloying and flexible rolling process in Puyang iron and steel company is introduced.The results show that the finished steel plate is P+F typical structure,which can meet the requirements of B,C,D and E grade plates after flexible rolling;the CEV of steel plate is less than 0.30%with good welding performance;the composition and process adaptability are strong,which can meet the requirements of large-scale production.Therefore,the new process reduces the production cost of low alloy high strength steel.
