摘要
运用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术,通过极图(PF)、反极图(IPF)和取向分布函数(ODF)图等分析手段,研究分析了热挤压态7075高强铝合金试样加热过程中微观组织和织构的变化情况。结果表明:热挤压态7075铝合金在480℃开始发生再结晶,初始态的晶向指数为[101],随着加热温度的升高,再结晶的速度不断增大。到580℃,再结晶过程结束,原始的纤维状组织完全生成半固态等轴晶粒。在升温过程中,微观组织中织构的强度逐渐降低,织构种类增多。
In this paper,the electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD)technique was used to study and analyze the changes of microstructure and texture of 7075 high-strength aluminum alloy specimen during the heating process by means of pole diagram PF,reverse pole diagram(IPF)and orientation distribution function(ODF)diagram.The results show that the recrystallization of hot-extruded 7075 aluminum alloy began at 480℃,and the orientation index of the initial state was[101].As the heating temperature increases,the rate of recrystallization continued to increase.At 580℃,the recrystallization process was completed,and the original fibrous microstructure formed semi-solid equiaxed grains completely.During the heating process,the intensity of texture in the microstructure decreased gradually,and the types of texture increased.
