当归提取物对小鼠抗疲劳抗氧化作用的研究 被引量:14

摘要 观察不同剂量的当归提取物对小鼠运动疲劳潜伏期、疲劳潜伏期延长率、运动后全血乳酸水平、血细胞数量和血红蛋白含量等的影响。方法:取昆明种小鼠60只,随机分为空白对照组(简称空白组)、生理盐水对照组(简称生理盐水组)、当归提取物高剂量组(简称高剂量组)、当归提取物中剂量组(简称中剂量组)、当归提取物低剂量组(简称低剂量组),每组12只,自由饮水摄食。适应环境5d后,灌胃给药14d。末次灌胃结束后进行疲劳跑步实验,测定各组动物的运动疲劳潜伏期、疲劳潜伏期延长率、运动后全血乳酸水平、血细胞数量和血红蛋白含量等数据。结果:空白组与生理盐水组相比,疲劳潜伏期、红细胞(RBC)数量、白细胞(WBC)数量、血红蛋白质(Hb)含量,全血乳酸水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。不同剂量的当归提取物组与生理盐水组相比,疲劳潜伏期延长(P<0.05),RBC数量和Hb含量升高(P<0.05),WBC数量正常范围内升高,且在高剂量组作用显著。结论:当归提取物能够延长小鼠疲劳潜伏期,增高疲劳潜伏期延长率,并能增加运动后小鼠的RBC数量和Hb含量,在正常范围内升高WBC数量,降低运动后小鼠血乳酸水平。 Objective:To observe the effects of different doses of Angelica sinensis extract on exercise fatigue latency,prolongation rate of fatigue latency,whole blood lactate level,blood cell count and hemoglobin content in mice after exercise.Methods:Sixty mice of Kunming breed were randomly divided into blank control group(referred to as blank group),saline control group(referred to as saline group),high dose group of Angelica extract(referred to as high dose group),medium dose group of Angelica extract(referred to as medium dose group)and low dose group of Angelica extract(referred to as low dose group),12 mice in each group were allowed to feed and water ad libitum.After 5 d of acclimatization,the animals were administered by gavage for 14 d.After the last gavage,a fatigue running experiment was conducted to determine the exercise fatigue latency,the prolongation rate of fatigue latency,the post-exercise whole blood lactate level,the blood cell count and the haemoglobin content of each group.Results:There was no significant difference in fatigue latency,red blood cell(RBC)count,white blood cell(WBC)count,haemoglobin(Hb)content,and whole blood lactate level in the blank group compared with the saline group(P>0.05).Compared with the saline group,the fatigue latency was prolonged(P<0.05),the RBC count and Hb content were increased(P<0.05)and the WBC count was increased within the normal range in the different doses of Angelica extract,and the effect was significant in the high dose group.Conclusion:Angelica sinensis extract can prolong the fatigue latency period and increase the rate of fatigue latency prolongation in mice,and increase the RBC count and Hb content,increase the WBC count within the normal range and decrease the whole blood lactate level in mice after exercise.
