摘要
提出在圆柱形微波反应器的腔体侧壁上引入圆形凹槽结构和凸槽结构改善微波反应器中的空间电磁场分布,提高微波加热效率和均匀性;利用HFSS软件仿真计算凹凸槽结构对圆柱形微波反应器加热效率和均匀性的影响,揭示凹凸槽结构参数对圆柱形微波反应器加热效率和场分布均匀性影响的基本规律.研究结果表明,凹凸槽结构参数对圆柱形微波反应器的加热效率和均匀性具有一定影响,凹凸槽结构能显著提高圆柱形微波反应器的加热效率和均匀性.
In this paper,circular grooves and convex groove structures are introduced into the cavity wall of the cylindrical microwave reactor to change the electromagnetic field distribution and to improve heating efficiency and uniformity in the microwave reactor.HFSS software is used to simulate the influence of concave groove and convex groove structures on the heating efficiency and uniformity of cylindrical microwave reaction,the basic law of the influence of concave groove and convex groove structure parameters on heating efficiency and field distribution uniformity of cylindrical microwave cavity is revealed.The results showed that the concave groove or convex groove structure parameters have an important influence on the heating efficiency and uniformity of cylindrical microwave reactor,the concave groove and convex groove structures can significantly improve the heating efficiency and uniformity of the cylindrical microwave reactor.
